Notation 1 - Room Blazon
Double-occupancy rooms take two twin beds in a shared room. Private-occupancy rooms take one twin bed in a private room. See floor plans for more details.
Annotation ii - Rates
Fall and Spring Semester: Residence Hall rates are per person and for the Fall and Jump semester. Rates shown are effective August 20, 2022 for the Fall and Jump 2022-2023 school year. Residence Halls will be open Baronial 22, 2022 through December 16, 2021. The halls volition open for Spring semester on January xiv, 2022 and will remain open until May 12, 2022. KC Hall and West Hall may exist available to provide residence hall housing accommodations for Winter Session 2022 between December 17, 2021 to January 13, 2022. All other residence halls will be closed at this time. All students that desire winter housing should complete the AY 2022-2023 Winter Session Awarding available in the autumn.
Note 3 - Required Repast Plan
Meal Plans are required for students living in a residence hall. An boosted charge will be billed for this service. Students can select from multiple repast plan options; notwithstanding, the commuter plan is not available for residence hall students. Notation 4 - Utilities
All residence hall rates include the all utilities paid package. This indicates residents will not pay extra for electric, gas, or h2o.
Annotation 5 - High-Speed Internet

Notation 7 - Residential Learning Communities
The Residential Learning Communities (RLCs) are offered in all residence halls. RLCs vary in each residence hall and are not available during the summer. To acquire more about the RLC program visit the Learning Communities website.
Deposits: A $150 security eolith is due at contract signing. First installment payment is due on or before motion-in appointment.
